WHY SHOES WHY?

I seriously can't take my eyes off of these babies. just look at them! I've never seen a pair of shoes so innovative and eye catching in my life! OMG I think I'm going to die.

I'm a total hypocrite... I've always said that I hated it when I see people who obviously don't exercise wear sporting garments around as though they're bloody athletes. But I am seriously considering on going against my ideology/ They're the best sports shoes I've seen in my life.

Break through

I think the invisible layer of ice between my friendship group is finally beginning to cave in. We're close but we just don't talk about certain things even though we should seriously let it all out and not be ashamed to do so. We share all the good and funny things to each other yet we feel too afraid to share some of the bad stuff. I think after today, our friendship has truly become 'friendship'.

I don't know if I'm somewhat selfish at the moment but it's upsetting when someone who you cherish doesn't seem to be putting effort into a something that's important to you. 

I completely understand your circumstances but at least show in some form that you tried/want to be there instead of giving in so early and trying to make me feel better about it because gifts are not what matter. If the roles were reversed, you know I'd be there in a flash. Can't you do the same for me?

• April and John's Dress Up Birthday Party: Was looking forward to this night and rocked up as a witch! Was having a good time until someone got incredibly drunk which meant that I had to look after that person for the rest of the night. Way to ruin the fun. • Moved Houses: What was supposed to be Athletics Day turned into our moving houses day. It was incredibly tiring but the beauty of moving is that you tend to find a bunch of old things that make you feel all nostalgic. Since moving to Sunshine, I realised how easy I had it in Richmond. I have to wake up quite early for school and train it there. I might sound like a whiny bitch but it's difficult for someone who's lived their whole life close to their school to have such a sudden change like that. Sunshine is really quiet and cold compared to Richmond. That's all I got out of that HAHAHA

• Lisa's Birthday Dinner: Went to have a cute dinner at Red Silks and Cue City for Lisa's 16th birthday. I love this babe with all of my heart and soul and I hope she had a great day today. We've known each other for so long and I can't possibly imagine my life without her! And to be honest I've written so many of these, I don't think I need to say anything more HAHAHAH story of my life.

It's been far too long

I have neglected blogging for far too long. With the events such as moving houses and adjusting to life an hour away from my old house really taking a toll on me, I have taken it out on blogspot. I am sincerely sorry and I will now bombard you with posts.

SURPRISE!

As I was picked up from Vietnamese school on Saturday, my parents 'slipped in' that they had scheduled a dentist appointment for me t 12:30. Thanks for the heads up mother and father. It was so long since I last went for a check up and I would feel so awkward if my teeth turned out to be really fucked over the last couple of years. Turns out my teeth are fine. My dentist just gave my teeth a clean but she then realised that my teeth had 'shifted'. When I was in year six I had an extraction but what came with that was all of my top row teeth shifting to the left about a couple millimeters. She said that all though my teeth are really pretty and nice now, further down the track I will develop jaw problems since my top and bottom row aren't lined up. Fuck life.

It gets shorter every year....

Since my birthday is coming up in just under five months, I thought it was only relevant that I made a 'what I want post'. Honestly you don't have get me these things...right at the moment you can get them next week, for my birthday or even for Christmas or something. HAHAHAHA but honestly, this is just a general 'shit-I-want-right-now-and-hope-to-get-soon' post. The photo below is pretty much all I want. I'm not saying that what I'm asking for isn't that much, but I'm saying maybe you could chip in? So not trying to give you any ideas...

WEDDINGG! Yes. Another one.

I can't help that everyone's getting married all at around the same time. But this specific wedding was at Sheldon Receptions and the bloody bride and groom came up from the ground!!! Far it was so awesome. Definitely a highlight! This wedding wasn't as fun at the others because of the lack of food, dancey dancey music and boiz. HAHAHAH. There was apparently an over-load of people at the wedding so I guess the bride and groom were just too popular.

Finally moving house?

After about a years worth of searching through newspapers and the internet for a house that we could move into, we may have found it. It's in Sunshine and my parentals are really keen on getting it. It's not my first choice, but it's better than a lot of other houses we've seen and honestly, any house is better than our current house.

One week over 10 to go.

From a while ago...

I actually finished this a really long time ago but never got around to actually putting this up. For this piece, we had to make a mark on the page using something that isn't a common medium and then draw in what caused the mark. I did a rip in the page using a ruler and I drew in hands, a ruler and a pacer. Then at the back of the rip, I put in a wedge so the piece of paper sticks out to the viewer. I was really proud of this artwork because I put a lot of planning and thought into this and it turned out great!

I also drew in a boarder on my paper where the edges 'paper' getting ripped I guess ended/began but it didn't come out too well on camera.

About bloody time

When I was out with the gang yesterday, I got called up by Kmart and was asked to come for a group interview today at three. I obviously jumped at the opportunity and was really pumped. I got in touch with my friend David who also applied to see if he got a call as well and he did! Work buddies!!! AHAHAH! We went to the interview and there were three other people who got called up and we all pretty much hit it off. The interview went for about an hour and by the end of it the interviewer said if you guys are still interested, you all got the job. We were all relieved and ecstatic! Finally employed!

FINALLYYYY!!!

It finally happened. Finally went to meet up with Chopsticks to go karaoke!!! I've been so desperate to let out my feelings in the form of song with my gal pals. We met up at Trisha's place and went out into the city to have Korean Barbeque to feast before the battle. We headed out to KBox (K stands for Karaoke not Korean...) at around seven and sang our hearts out. We laughed, cried and cracked it but honestly, I felt so good by the end of that seven hour sesh. We then went for a 2 am Maccas run and came back to play MASH. If you don't know what MASH is then you obviously had no childhood. And before we knew it, it was six in the morning and the sun was coming up. What a night!

The Voice

I actually love The Voice so much! I never watch a show religiously but The Voice is an exception and since Ricky Martin is the new judge, I MUST watch it. The show never disappoints me. I love pretty much everything about the show. But the only thing I don't like is the obvious 'really sad back story' to the contestants. I guess that's a must in shows like this though.

Coburg Trash and Treasure!!!

Woke up at five in the morning on Sunday to try and sell the rest of our unwanted clothes at the Coburg Trash and Treasure. I don't think I will do this again, ever. I might just give it straight to Savers or something. Me and early mornings don't mix very well. At the end of the day, we managed to make a total of $190 combined with the Laverton Market money. When you look at it, it's not that much because we then had to split it amongst ourselves. But it's an experience I'm bound to go through with.

Please come back home. I'm sorry that I only noticed your disappearance now and I'm honestly so sorry. I guess the saying 'you don't know what you have until it's gone' is true. I didn't realise how easy it was having you by my side until now. Please come back I pod charger. I've neglected you for long enough and I have changed for the better. I have new songs to put onto the I pod so please, come back to me soon.

I swear I hate it when people twist what you've said into something completely different and negative. All I ask is permission to do something that doesn't even affect you. I'm bloody doing it for the experience. All you ever do is make everything sound one hundred times more dramatic than it really is. I love you, but I swear, sometimes you don't even try to understand where I'm coming from.

Downgrade?

Is it weird that I want a downgrade in my phone? I don't want a smart phone any more... I've been wanting to change my phone for a while now. I've had my phone since September 2011 and I'm just really over touch screen phones. I really want a Nokia or Blackberry but the type where the keyboard is buttons. I just need a changee!

Friday:

• Watched Moonrise Kingdom! It actually is such a good movie. There were a few subtle hidden messages and I got all misty eyed towards the end. I think a lot of people can relate to some themes in the movie especially the "outcast" theme. I'm sure everyone has had that experience where they felt as though they don't really belong and this movie portrays it really accurately. 

Saturday:

• Woke up a 4:40 am (I know...) to go get ready for Laverton Market. My parents suggested that instead of giving away our old clothes we should try and sell them for cheap. It was a really good experience despite the early wake up and the morning chill. I would definitely do it again...when it's warmer of course! *Update* Oh my lord I so forgot to mention that we saw Lakyn Heperi about three times with I'm assuming his girlfriend. I actually almost passed out! He's so gorgeous.

Sunday:

• Watched the Melbourne Comedy Festival! It was actually so funny! I think this year was the first where I actually processed what the comedians said and understood that hey, that person's bloody scandalous and funny! Also watched snippets of Ned Kelly. I feel so ashamed to have not known who Heath Ledger was until he passed. I was still a kid when he passed and I wasn't able to appreciate his work until recently. He was such a talented man and represented Australian actors and actresses well.

Monday:

• Watched My Neighbour Totoro! Totoro is actually so cute! Dakota and Elle Fanning did a really good job with the English dubbing. Loved that movie!

So guddd

It feels so good to be able to go to sleep and know that you can afford to turn your alarm off. So happy that it's holidays. I've been waiting for this since first day back. But on sadder note, I forgot a slice if pizza in my locker. School starts in two weeks...

Probably the most awesome thing I've seen this year.

Yes. It is exactly what you think. I haven't seen one of these babies in probably a good seven years. I had the Napolean Dynamite soundtrack and I didn't want to listen to it on my laptop so I went to look for this and I luckily found it. I'm actually so surprised that it still works after all these years. Everything actually sounds better on one of these. Lovin' da portable cd playaa!!!

Is it just me or...

I don't know if there's something wrong with me or if everyone else is retarded. I personally think it's the second one. I've spoken to a lot of people about guys and features on guys that I find attractive and according to them I have weird taste. I have a soft spot for guys with tattoos, long-ish hair, and pronounced collar bones. I guess nowadays, most people would agree with me with collar bones but a lot of people don't like long-ish hair or tatts. What's there not to love about those two??
