Downgrade?

Is it weird that I want a downgrade in my phone? I don't want a smart phone any more... I've been wanting to change my phone for a while now. I've had my phone since September 2011 and I'm just really over touch screen phones. I really want a Nokia or Blackberry but the type where the keyboard is buttons. I just need a changee!

Never seen something that beautiful before...

This baby's called Classic Sheffield. It's actually the exact watch that I want. I pictured it pretty much to look like this just with a brown leather strap.

Haven't been posting lately....

Apologies for the massive delay!!! I've just had a lot on and procrastinated a little...

Friday:

  • Watched Moonrise Kingdom! It actually is such a good movie. There were a few subtle hidden messages and I got all misty eyed towards the end. I think a lot of people can relate to some themes in the movie especially the "outcast" theme. I'm sure everyone has had that experience where they felt as though they don't really belong and this movie portrays it really accurately.
Saturday:

  • Woke up a 4:40 am (I know...) to go get ready for Laverton Market. My parents suggested that instead of giving away our old clothes we should try and sell them for cheap. It was a really good experience despite the early wake up and the morning chill. I would definitely do it again...when it's warmer of course! *Update* Oh my lord I so forgot to mention that we saw Lakyn Heperi about three times with I'm assuming his girlfriend. I actually almost passed out! He's so gorgeous.

    Sunday:

    • Watched the Melbourne Comedy Festival! It was actually so funny! I think this year was the first where I actually processed what the comedians said and understood that hey, that person's bloody scandalous and funny! Also watched snippets of Ned Kelly. I feel so ashamed to have not known who Heath Ledger was until he passed. I was still a kid when he passed and I wasn't able to appreciate his work until recently. He was such a talented man and represented Australian actors and actresses well.
    Monday:

    • Watched My Neighbour Totoro! Totoro is actually so cute! Dakota and Elle Fanning did a really good job with the English dubbing. Loved that movie!

    So guddd

It feels so good to be able to go to sleep and know that you can afford to turn your alarm off. So happy that it's holidays. I've been waiting for this since first day back. But on sadder note, I forgot a slice if pizza in my locker. School starts in two weeks...

Probably the most awesome thing I've seen this year.

Yes. It is exactly what you think. I haven't seen one of these babies in probably a good seven years. I had the Napolean Dynamite soundtrack and I didn't want to listen to it on my laptop so I went to look for this and I luckily found it. I'm actually so surprised that it still works after all these years. Everything actually sounds better on one of these. Lovin' da portable cd playaa!!!

    Is it just me or...

I don't know if there's something wrong with me or if everyone else is retarded. I personally think it's the second one. I've spoken to a lot of people about guys and features on guys that I find attractive and according to them I have weird taste. I have a soft spot for guys with tattoos, long-ish hair, and pronounced collar bones. I guess nowadays, most people would agree with me with collar bones but a lot of people don't like long-ish hair or tatts. What's there not to love about those two??
    David Beckham
    Jay Park
    Sam Pepper
    Heath Ledger

Johnny Depp (especially when it's tied back...GOOD GOD.)
    Jungshin Lee
    Jungshin again...he's so gorgeous...
    Please tell me I'm normal...

    Pack yo shiet!!!

My parents have been looking for a new house to move into and have been unsuccessful. Until now. They found a three bedroom house in St. Albans and are keen to get it. I'm actually so excited. I've never had a room to myself and this is going to be so awesome if we actually get the house. It's the little things in life that keep you going.

    Die Hard 5 (ERMERGERD)

I went to go see Die Hard 5 with a few friends on Saturday and honestly, as much as love the other four films, this one was a little bit of a let down. Sure the action scenes were awesome as usual but it didn't really balance out with the confusing plot. it just wasn't really logical. I still think Bruce Willis did an amazing job under the circumstances and I will probably love him forever. I think the guy that acted as Jack McClane could've been someone else. He didn't fully suit the role to me. But on the other hand, I'm really looking forward to seeing G.I.Joe 2, After Earth and Fast and Furious 6!!!

And it's supposed to be Autumn?

Yes. That is not one, not two but four mosquito bites on my left outer forearm. Kill me now...

    Mock Job Interviews = Aced!

Today I had to stay back at school for the Mock job Interviews which is basically a program where business people come in to interview you just like a job interview and they give you positive criticism on how you can improve your chances on getting the job. I had a very intense one on one conversation with this man and I have to admit, I aced it. HAHAHA no I actually did okay. He said I had a engaging personality so that's good! I'm happy!

    Monday 11 March 2013

It feels good but then when you think about it...

It felt so good to sleep in on Monday. Even though I actually had to turn on an alarm because I was going to go to State Library in the morning to do a little studying... but still it felt amazing. I got to State and did my best to revise for the Advanced Maths test that is on Wednesday and surprisingly finished everything before I went to meet up with the gang to go Moomba and watch 21 and Over. It was so hilarious and had a lot of swearing and sexual references... I had no problemos with that but it's just that I did not see it coming. We then headed off to Moomba but I quickly gave in because it was just so hot. We retreated to some where which had a combination of food and air cons. I had to leave early just before I was going to be introduced to a friend's friend and now everyone knows him except for me. Thanks mum. Thanks. Now I understand all the jokes they make on Facebook...

    Hectic Speed Boat...

I had not properly braced myself when my rents dragged me along to catch abalones with some family friends. I was DEFINITELY NOT braced for the half hour boat ride out to the middle of the ocean during high tide. Never will I ever set foot on a boat ever again. Ever.

ARE YOU HAVING A GOOD LOIF?

Friday after school was Good Life and the line up was amazing!!! Avicii was definitely the stand out he was so good. I was just really disappointed because Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike did a no show... I was really looking forward to them! I have a great time, met some awesome new people and lost 2 kilos afterwards bonusss!

    It's been a while..

With the Labour Day Long Weekend last week, I have been slacking off just a little (Julia you haven't blogged in five days...) and I shall make it up to you by bombarding you with a shit load of thing's that happened to me the past week.

    Thursday 7 March 2013

    The definition of amazing...

It's awesome to hear a new feel from her. Just when I thought she couldn't get any better.

    Tuesday 5 March 2013

    Loving Ferris Bueller's Day Off!

I happened to catch it on tv today and I actually love it. Matthew Broderick is so gorgeous and the movie reminds me somewhat of Napoleon Dynamite.

    Weekend Montage

This is not in chronological order or anything. It's just a snippet of what I've been up to this weekend. Since my rents were out of town for the weekend, me and Jen went a little rebel and ate out. HAHAHA. It was very much worth it because the food at Oriental Spoon was amazing! We also did a little bit of refolding-our-clothes-and-chucking-out-things-we-don't-want-any-more which took about four hours. I had this jumpsuit and I decided that I was going to chop it up and see what happens and it turned out awesome! I'm so happy with it! This weekend has been swell!

    Oriental Spoon; get awn iet
    D.I.Y: chopped up jumpsuit
Home meal ft. really salty garlic bread. Good one Jen.
